Discovery
We start with the business question rather than the technical one: what does this have to do, who for, and what does it cost you on the day it does not work?
Architecture
Scope, data model and system design agreed in writing before anyone opens an editor, so the expensive decisions are made while they are still cheap to change.
Build
Short cycles with something running at the end of each one. You see progress in a working product, not a status report.
Launch
