The technology work a growing business needs but has no in-house team for — choosing tools, wiring them together, and keeping them running.
Below a certain size, hiring an IT person is not sensible and having nobody is not either. The work still exists: someone has to decide which tools to buy, connect them so the same data is not typed in twice, make sure the backups are real, and know what to do when a domain expires on a Friday.
We do that work for growing businesses on a retainer or as needed. The bias is toward fewer tools that are properly connected, and toward you being able to leave us — accounts in your name, access you control, and documentation of how things are put together.

- We are small — is this worth it?
- Usually the opposite: small teams carry the most risk, because one person holds every password and nothing is written down. The first engagement is often a short review that produces a map and a shortlist, which is inexpensive and occasionally alarming.
- Do you offer ongoing support?
- Yes, on retainer with an agreed response time, or ad hoc for businesses that need us occasionally. We will tell you honestly which one your situation justifies rather than defaulting to the larger commitment.
- Can you work with our existing provider?
- Yes. We are often brought in for a specific problem or a second opinion rather than to replace anyone, and we are happy to hand over what we build with the documentation to support it.
